Rhizome Farms

Bouquets are $27 (delivery is included to St. Catharines/Thorold) each week for 10 weeks, delivered to your door in a container of water.  Missing a week or want to gift a bouquet?  Include those details at sign-up, or notify within 3 days of delivery date.
Delivery in St. Catharines and Thorold is included.

Want to join?  There are limited spots available and sign-up starts in February and the subscription starts August 2026- October 2026.

First 5 people to sign up with payment will also receive a vegetable and fruit basket in their first delivery containing berries, fruit, and vegetables, all grown at Rhizome Farms!!
